who have suffered the loss of many or all of their natural teeth, or have a problem with
ill-fitting dentures, may want to look into the many advantages of dental implants. The
dental implant process may involve inserting an anti-rejecting titanium anchor into the
bone structure, and after successful healing, a prosthetic partial bridge or crown is
placed over this anchor. Another type of implant may be more suitable if the bone is
insufficient. |

| Dr. Silver is a third generation dentist originally from Cold Spring Harbor, New York.
He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Duke University in 1981. He was awarded
his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania School of
Dental Medicine, a specialty certificate in General Dentistry in 1986 from UPSDM and a
certificate in Periodontics from UPSDM in 1988. Dr. Silver located his Practice limited to
Periodontics and Services in Dental Implants in Burlington County New Jersey in 1990. His
current state of the art facility is located in Marlton. New
Jersey Dental Specialty License No. 3544. |
